Another guy at this dealer called this morning and quoted me $10k, and said "It depends on trim level." I notice yesterday that they even had a markup on the Soul's sticker--I think it was around $4k.

New info: I verified with the original rep that the fleet dept., which I'm working through, will "only" tack on $5000, and the rest of the dealership is at $10k.
