I ordered the M+S spoiler from these guys over a month ago. Their website says 7-10 days for the gloss black painted one. I waited patiently 2 weeks with no email from them in return. So I called, was told it would ship the following Tuesday. So I waited til the following Thursday,they never answer emails btw, so I called again.. was told yet again it will now ship the following Tuesday. So I waited again until the following Friday. Got ahold of the guy, was told it must've been shipped and they were waiting for tracking and he would email me the tracking. Here I am still waiting, no tracking update,nothing, who knows if it even shipped. I got my last one from K8 and I was updated the entire time, good company. If these guys wanna do business in this day and age and least provide info for your customers, email them, don't bullshit em... It's not my job to chase em down for any bit of info. Should've went with K8,. First time and last time buying anything from these guys

I’ve heard horror stories from these guys and Mbenzgram as well. Stay the hell away. Can’t believe they still expect ppl to do business with numerous complaints and transactions from ppl

I know in this day and age ya gotta be patient sometimes, but there's a limit.. it's like once ya get off the phone with em they don't give your order another thought. If ya don't have decent customer service what are you in the customer service business for..

And companies wonder why ppl don’t purchase products from them anymore or they have bad reviews. Customer service is so simple but these companies make it complicated. I don’t get it. And it’s not like we are spending $40 on a shirt. These car parts are expensive and certain companies just take your money and forget about you and your order. The best customer service to me that all companies need to duplicate is Chick filet lol . Another industry but you get then picture . The best customer service hands down.
 
What I have learned from recent orders is that a lot of companies don't actually "stock" anything. They are just a ordering site and then they send the info to the manufacturer and then they ship them. And if there is a few day delay for inventory updates you get a lovely back order. I have been making it a practice to call to verify that items are actually in stock. I had to do it with my Stillen intake that I ordered through K8 and guess what? They showed that it was in stock but.. Stillen didn't have them anymore.

Lesson learned.. thing is I ordered the exact spoiler on my last stinger.. at least k8 gave responses and updates etc
 
Update.. after being told I would get a call back I now got a email Instead that said my order was shipped .. I was told it was shipped a couple times over the phone the last couple weeks.. that's 35 days from initial order, to it being shipped, yet the website says 7-10 days.. and the lie over the phone on top of it, and never return a single email. It's rude, it's bad business.. if your looking for a spoiler or any other part, I would look elsewhere.. hopefully the thing doesn't come damaged.. 10 thumbs down

Lol, I got lucky with the one in the email.... Didn't really matter, what they told me was a lie anyways
 
These car companies are tripping big time. Khartz and Mbenzgram are along the same lines. If you value your TIME and MONEY and appreciate customer service go somewhere else besides these two sites. My first hand experience with Mbenzgram and these horror stories with Khartz definitely has my attention now with who I do business with and how they value and communicate with their customers . If you can get a part from k8 do it . Hands down best customer service, COMMUNICATION, and fast shipping. You might pay a little extra well worth it. It blows my mind how these car companies take your money and don’t communicate at all whatsoever with tracking info and details about your order. It’s like customer service doesn’t exist for them. Customer service should be your number one priority. Thanks for letting me vent stinger fam I’m done. Lol

I bought a Seibon CF OEM style decklid and just got it, which was packaged very well by the way. Khartunerz site initially said it would ship from Seibon end of February, which is what Seibons site also said for the same item. Halfway through march, khartunerz.com says shipping end of March and Seibons also now said the same. Next month the same thing happens, and my item just came in today. Yes it took much longer than expected, but this in no way was khartunerz fault. Seibon was slow to manufacture and kept pushing the date back and khartuners was only updating on their end. Throughout the past few months I called 5-10 times like the impatient customer i can be. If someone didnt instantly pick up the phone I always got a call back within a couple hours. Maybe I’ve just been lucky, but i’ve ordered from Khartuners 3 times this year and this was the only annoyance, and i dont believe they could have done much. I will most likely buy from them again very soon, but will check the manufacturers site as well because if I didn’t, i’d be writing an awful review right now.

Yeah for some parts they just act like the middleman. I know they are not an official partner for ATQ. Had to cancel my subframe collar kit and buy direct from ATQ since that was the fastest day to get them. Don't fault them for it tho. They are pretty good with stuff for the gen coupe.

Pretty happy. Think between them and my 3 subframe braces that I have got rid of most of the subframe flex. My roof creaks now when coming down my driveway lol.
