I usually don't post complaints like this but these guys are beyond inept and incompetent. 2 and a 1/2 months ago I ordered a part from them and I had made dozens of calls and texts and they kept giving me excuses after excuses and never shipped me my product and to make things worse they had an attitude, it was almost like I was bothering them for buying a product and giving them my business.
If you plan to buy from them be aware, you have been warned.
 
Yeah they're definitely one of the resellers to avoid. Here's links to a recent thread and an older thread for reference.

Note that the older of these two topics is over a year ago. I'm not sure why they're still in existence, I guess enough people get lured into the price and/or supposed part availability and don't do their due diligence. I'm sure a quick search on this forum (or google) would turn up these bad outcomes. After over a year of repeatedly making the same mistakes it's clear this vendor is never going to change.

My response:

Oh now you are willing to talk to me after 2 and a 1/2 months me begging you to deliver the product that I bought with my hard earned money...

So now I need to be aware of you guys business logistics and internal affairs?

Me as a customer I care only one thing and that is if I paid for something I deserve at least the product to be delivered and not to be lied about when I will get my product

I don't care what you lousy company is going through you don't deceive your customers by charging hundreds of dollars, not tell me when should I expect my product, no tracking number and 2 and 1/2 months latter tell me the product has still not be delivered because Seibon messed up?

I did not pay Seibon I paid you guys so don't bring your lame excuse.

Plus you guys are not only inept but have a bad attitude.

No wonder you are and will be a shitty company if that is what you are.

Shame on you I will be reporting you to the BBB and my lawyer.

Pay them hundreds of dollars wait 2 and 1/2 months been lied about the delivery of the product them come and show me how civilized you are, I am pretty sure you are such a civilized guy too. :p

I would just demand a refund and cancel my order. If that doesn't happen I do a charge back. Sometimes restraint is difficult but necessary.

I am curious how restrain you would be if you felt you were deceived for 2 and a 1/2 months...
 
It is frustrating. Same thing happened to me. After like 4 months, I just gave up and asked for a refund, then placed the order with K8 Stinger Store. I had a couple of ok experiences with Khartunerz as well though. Ever since supply chain got messed up they just became a mess. Yes it's not their fault they can't get product, but they aren't equipped with enough staff to handle customer service inquiries and such. I'm guessing your email(s) is just buried with over a thousand other inquiries in their inbox.

Yes it's not their fault the supply chain is messed up but it's their fault to lie to me continously for 2.5 months telling me that the product will be delivered even though they had no absolute idea if that will ever happen, zero transparency zero honesty. All what I asked us them telling me dude we are sorry you might not get the product for months so you want a refund or so u wanna wait but no, they chose to continously lie to me that the product is on the way.
