Hi all,

I recently installed a new k&n charge pipe and the BMS cpi kit, but when getting the k&n charge pipe i ddin't realize just how high up the port for the injector is. It's above the the fuel pressure sensor and probably only 6 inches from the throttle body. In the cpi install they recommend getting the injector as far away from the throttle body as possible, but this seems to be the exact opposite.

Before CPI I also have been running the BMS BEF e85 for a while and never had issues with WOT etc on map 3 with fuel around e30. But now with CPI and map 2 i've got stutters on low rpms under load, and got a code for cylinder 3 suggesting coils (changed plugs about 10000 miles ago so i would think its not those)

Because of that I haven't gone wide open throttle for too long yet in map 2 to get a great log, but higher rpms seem fine.

Before I go about replacing coils (they are the pre-upgraded old style) I'm wondering if anybody has thoughts or concerns on whether the cpi injector being that close to the manifold could also present an issue with fueling and misfire

Any thoughts and suggestions?

Thanks
