3.3TT JunBL EVC Vs Borla S Type

No drone with Borla??? Post some interior under load and exterior clips. Would love to hear it!
The Borla will change notes depending on rpm and throttle use , and is it loud yes at times and , I truly know what drone is as do most of us who did a muffler delete lol , there is reverberations of strong Bass entering the cabin which sucks , I love the strong sound of this Borla S type Cat back and if anyone like a quiet exhaust stay away from a Borla, it has a Exotic sounds to me and I personally like very much he he !!!

It seems so hit or miss with who gets drone or not with Borla (or any car back). Odd.
Yep. Define drone. Everyone's ears are different. I have the SSR pipes and think any aftermarket catback exaust is going to introduce some level of drone. Especially with a secondary cat delete. Sorta like my quiet cruise and purring rumble when stomped right now.

I’d define drone as a harmonic cavitation at certain rpms that causes painful vibrations in ones head. Lol. Loud doesn’t bother me.

Just food for thought when my wife and I can talk with out shouting on longer drive s,I would say personally drone is not a issue with this , now that with being said , when I get the JUN BL down pipes on , I am sure it will make things more lively in the cabin,, lol

Complaining about drone with a catback system is like complaining Harleys have a vibration problem.....and yes I have JUN BL evc system installed......still looking for any tube install help specifically where my intake vacuum tube is on the 2.0

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Great review, I have the JunB.L secondary downpipe + Jun B.L EVC installed on my 2018 GT Limited, and my friend went for Borla S Type.

From my personal experience, I would adjust your original estimates to:

Jun B.L. Downpipe + Jun B.L EVC Closed - 1
Stock - 2
Jun B.L. Downpipe + Jun B.L EVC Open - 5
Borla - 7

I really find that with the valves closed, especially at low rpm, the car is quieter than stock. I turn it off if the kids are sleeping, if the cops are nearby, or if I'm on an important call over Bluetooth and don't wanna sound like a douche. I would never go back to stock.

Oh, and the gurgles on gear 3/4 + occasional pops (when downshifting) are fantastic. I'll never get tired of those.

I basically opened mine up permanently, they are open and the vacuum is not being used....matter of fact the switch and solenoid were taken off all together..........Not being able to quiet down the cat back was never on a must have list anyways.

Do you have any videos with this setup? I think this is exactly what I'm looking to do. I would like something close to a Borla but the ability to turn it down. How big of a difference did the downpipe make in the sound or did you do the whole thing together?
