@Terry@BMS, I think it’s worth creating a single thread as a general FAQ for all of the topics you get a 1000 posts for and just point people to that.

I know it’s there... I am just trying to elevate the repetitive questions on this forum. I selfishly get excited when I get a JB4 notification only to be let down on... hahaha

lol I agree I wish everyone would read the JB4 thread first before asking questions. But I've learned its better to try to help them if I happen to see it here rather than risking an unhappy customer.
