Purchased a 2020 Micro Blue GT2 AWD (only option is didn't have was remote start) from Jake Sweeney Kia, Florence, KY. Was a pretty good experience. They let me test drive the car overnight and worked with me until we came to an agreed upon price. Had over $9000 off the sticker price with rebates and incentives. Still getting to know the car but enjoying it so far. The people were all very friendly and professional. Never got any a**hole-vibes from anyone which was surprising. The salesman even had no problem shaking my hand, which I appreciated.
Hopefully, I won't ever need to go back to the dealership for anything (I do all work myself if possible). If I do need anything I will update on that experience as well.
