Wow, sorry to hear that.
I understand that Liberty Motors recently open a Kia dealership on RT 17 I would check them out.
When I got my Stinger in February Liberty was not open yet so I ended up working with Jack Daniels.
Liberty is where I leased my 2015 Genesis and they were excellent.
By the way you should let Jack Daniels Jr (Owner) know about your experience also Scott Martini (V.P.).

I called the guy that sold me the car on Friday, went to voicemail. Called early Monday and they said he was in a meeting, left a voicemail. Didn’t get a call or anything back. Then go to the dealership, and try to talk to him but he’s with a customer. Yet, when I was there he spoke with several customers. Tried to get my car washed like he said I could, then I’m told there is no car wash there. So far...not a great experience. At least I can go to other Kia service departments. I’ll go to Yonkers Kia, going forward.

Well than put that guy on blast on dealer rater or whatever rating service they told you to , keep calling back and speak to a manager and try to get something out of the deal free oil changes or anything wheel locks make them fell like shit , that’s what i would do till i get something just saying

I would think someone at Jack Daniels views this Stinger Forum blog.
They will or should take notice because they are a very large dealership.
By the way who was it exactly that you were dissatisfied with ? give us names.

I’m kind of put off by the situation. I don’t want to do anything with them anymore. But maybe I’ll do that if I have some downtime. Thank you. I can go to any Kia dealership and get it serviced correct?

I got my Stinger at Liberty in early February, a good experience. Salesman was very nice and keeps in touch. And the service department has been great, as well.

Hey Ron, by any chance, do you have the contact info for Jack Daniels Jr. or Scott Martini? Had a very poor experience at this dealer and am stuck - would like to see what my options are.

The very best person to speak with would be Jack Daniels Jr a real nice young man and a gentleman.
but I don't know how to reach him you can always call and leave a message for him.
Scott Martini has influence at Jack Daniels and his # is 201 3161225 and follow the prompts for Kia sales.
Tell him about your experience and about the good reviews you have heard and read from other customers and how can he rectify your situation.

So my temp reg expired on 6/17. I’ve been waiting for the registration to come in the mail, like the other ones. The day the registration is due to expire I get a call from the person that sold me the car, and says there’s an issue with the registration. That I need to bring the blue paper (I guess from the lease, from 3 years ago) from the previous Optima I had. That I was told that in the finance office, when I was signing. I was getting upset, bc I call you to talk about the things we spoke about the day I got my car, and no response. But then you finally call, and it’s not to follow up, it’s to tell me something is wrong. I told him to figure that shit out bc I’m working. I will def not deal with him again or the dealership. There are so many out there. Lol

What are you guys paying a month? What did you put down just tax, title, reg, first payment, shouldnt be more than 1700 max for that. You guys need to post the numbers of the deal to help people out there. Also whats your buy out after rebates? Thanks
