How to mirror screen to infotainment center. Android only, sorry iphone people.

Just updated this month to the latest 5.2 improved Android Auto Version, which now gives us a much better voice command experience, even while using the old original factory USB setup. I was able to recently add a few more interesting apps and functions to my 8-inch screen, even while plugged in. I already purchased a bluetooth OBD II reader when I bought my Stinger last year, plugged it into the connector just under the dash, then set it up using the Torque app on my Samsung phone, with the old standard USB cord plugged right into the car, so I can now drive along with my favorite Torque Gauges app running on the phone, which I simply mounted close by on a cup holder stalk. Go into the Android Auto app on Google Play for the latest updates and select the Google Maps Street View in your settings, to display the much more realistic greenery and landmarks. You can also download and set up all the new weather, communication and news links. There is even a scanner app here in the US for monitoring local police and emergency action.Check it out..

Anyone know if this works on Android 5.1? Just retired a Moto E4, and am willing to hack it a fair a mount to try to get this to work. However, it's only Android 5.1, and first post says Android 6 - don't want to waste too much time if it's most likely not going to work.

Thanks.
