Hello everyone I'm looking to do my first brake and rotor change on my stinger. I bought a brake and rotor package from khartunerz so going with cquence drilled and slotted rotors with girodisc magic pads on the front and stoptech posiquiet pad on the rear. Anyways I'm trying to find out if there's anything special I have to do with the rear as I have the electronic emergency braking and parking brake I know on most cars they say they have to hook them up to a computer to back the pads off the rotors but wondering if there's a way around this. Any helpful tips or incites would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

shouldn't have too haven't needed to do mine yet but, just make sure parking break is not active. I saw some recent posts where people were having some difficulties getting the rear rotors off but just needed to leverage it rather than hammer it seems.. It's the older style with the parking brake drum inside the rotor vs electric motor on the pads of some other models.

OK yeah I wasn't sure haven't had the tires off yet to actually see but my optima so had the motors on the pads sx I just assumed the stinger would too so I'll have to check that out. Thank you

Post some pics when you do it. Interesting to see what the parking mechanism looks like.
