Have the Eibach Sway bars installedn for over a year and half now. I'm hearing cranking noise when I go over speed bumps, my drive way curb slowly. I'm assuming it's the bushing that needs greased. Going to take when off to take look tomorrow. It's it easy to do?
I get mine greased at every service usually at 10,000kms or 12 months whichever come first, had them in since 2018 & they have always been nice & quiet.

"Nice and quiet", not hardly. My rear bar bushings never make noise, my front bushings creak at slow speeds over bumps, and have done since two weeks in. The service guys say they are lubed. But I angle the wheels and spray the ends of the bushings with silicone spray, which knocks back (never entirely eliminates) the *creak* for a week or two. It is a mystery.

you have to attach a grease gun to the fitting and force grease in that way. spraying from the outside won't get much in there, because the bushings are under load while they're bolted in and won't leave room for the lube to find its way in.
What grease to use? Silicone or Lithium? Silicone grease for a grease gun is tough to find. Lithium is everywhere. I found this on line. Figured I could put it in to the grease gun.
For metal-to-metal (e.g. ball joints) or metal-to-rubber (e.g. traditional bushings) use moly grease from the parts store.
For poly or other harder plastic-like bushings use a teflon/silicone grease. Super Lube is my favorite https://www.amazon.com/Super-Lube-41150-Synthetic-Cartridge/dp/B0042FG74W
There aren't as many readily available as traditional moly lube, but they're certainly out there. Super Lube has a few variants that don't particularly matter for our usage.
I use Wheel Bearing and Chassis Grease which is a lithium grease. I don't have a schedule of when I lubricate the bushings but if I had to guess I've done it once a year. I also did an old trick I learned on install which helps avoid creaking, I applied a few wraps of teflon tape between the bar and bushing, works like a charm and keeps noises away.
With age, sometimes dryness is natural to her undercarriage. Don’t be ashamed. Happens to lots of ladies. Lube when in the mood. You can also play some Marvin Gaye or Berry White, perhaps enjoy some libations, and give her a good washing/massage to get into the mood.
