How do I clean this part of the interior?

It's the part of the interior that is under the windshield. I'm pretty sure they're not scratches as they're very wide and long and I managed to get a little of it to go away. What can I use to clean it and is a microfibre towel enough?

EDIT: Tried using wipes to clean it off with no luck. I guess they’re scratches then. What can I use to remove them?

I like to use unscented baby wipes. Amazon's Basics line are cheap and relatively lint free. I figure if they are gentle enough for a baby's butt, they are probably safe for the car interior. In terms of protecting that area, I stumbled on 303 UV Protectant when the scoring for the airbag on my Acrua TL's dash was showing through. I had to go to a West Marine to find it but after treating with 303, the dash was back with no visible airbag lines. Been using it ever since.

BTW -- I thought I was the only one using baby wipes but apparently it's a thing.

Is any type of baby wipes good? Which brand are you using?

Found the same as these in Amazon AVEENO® BABY HAND & FACE WIPES

EDIT: Tried using baby wipes and it’s still there. I think I’m convinced it’s scratched :( any other solutions to remove the scratches?

My requirements for baby wipes are low lint, fragrance and dye free. I normally use Amazon Elements Sensitive Baby Wipes but they have been out of stock since COVID19 hit our supply chain. Luckily I have a stock on hand.

Those marks in your picture don't seem very deep if they are scratches. Try some of the 303 UV Protectant on a small area to see if it darkens to your satisfaction. Spray on a microfibre towel and wipe to avoid getting any spray on the windshield.
