Hi, I recently unfortunately cracked my driver’s side headlight, and was looking at purchasing a replacement.

I drive a 2019 Premium, and have the older L’ shaped headlights. I was wondering if these would fit on my 2019 Premium, as a set of these are significantly cheaper than the ones that come with the car.

Please let me know if anyone knows if the newer stinger headlights work on older models. I’m not entirely sure if they’re the same shape. I appreciate all responses thank you very much.

The headlight outer shape has never changed. That headlight says "2017 +", so why do you doubt that they would fit? My only question would be the plug/harness might not be compatible with the LED headlight.

Yeah, just looking to see Because I’m not trying to buy a part that doesn’t fit, since I’m trying to get my car back on the road asap. I appreciate your help.

You pay over a thousand for a "set" of bug eyes, but isn't that about what you'd pay for a single replacement LED? I know that back then a headlight was over two thousand. But the price has dropped a lot. Here's one. 92101-J5220 - Headlamp Assembly - 2018-2023 Kia Stinger | World Kia Parts
Cheaper 92101-J5220 - Headlamp Assembly 2018-2023 Kia Stinger | Kia.Parts Store
Here's an eBay offering that looks promising 2018-2023 Kia Stinger LED Dual Projector Left Driver Side Headlight 92101J5120 | eBay Quite a few eBay offerings right now.

I like the look of the ones I sent a lot more, but unfortunately they are not LED. The only LED versions I found are $3,000+ for a new set :(

Still trying to look for a good looking alternative if possible since I’m not a fan of the OEM headlights that came with the car

I understand the harness for the connector might be different, I’m going to take a look at it today. Are there any resources available so I can check to see if they match?

It's going to be a gamble searching online because too many offerings are incomplete or even erroneous. A KIA parts department at a dealership is where I'd go first to find out if a particular headlight will work with the '19 Premium.

Ima surprised that you don't like the "L" DRL headlights. I think they are the best design of the three.

Can confirm, its the same set-up.

Can confirm, its the same and will fit perfectly.

These are late model cars

I do not understand why people feel so indisposed at going to their local Kia dealer, even online, and buying the exact new part for their vehicle.

Build a relationship.

I owned a new 2008 GM Pontiac G8 V8 (Commodore SSV) from 2008 to 2023

I bought everything from my local Holden dealer. Initially prices were high but as they got to know me, I was paying less than trade price to panel shops and car repairers.

The great thing about brand new genuine parts is that they just "fit" and they become cheaper than after market. I was paying $3.50 for a genuine GM oil filter made in Europe when an after market Ryco Made in China was $12.

The amount of time you waste chasing after market to save a buck is just a waste of time.

And just remember....the guy you are complaining about behind the counter screwing you is just you in different clothes.......

You spend your life in the USA screwing each other and running off and getting a better deal somewhere else. Where you get screwed.

It's your culture.

You are all screwing each other..........

I did the same with my local Holden dealership on my then new 2005 SSZ & now with my Kia dealership, they even fitted my aftermarket Swaybars for me at a reduced price.

Wound up opting for that used headlight off ebay since shipping for a new OEM one is $250+ shippping
