Hi guys, a couple of years ago I was looking at a stinger GT, but i ended up with a preowned S3 instead. Its had some issues covered by warranty but i do not like that it does not have a strong warranty and cheaper repairs like kia or hyundai. Overall it is a great car, but given the covid crisis i started looking at stingers again in case i can find a really good deal with these low interest rates.

I know that my s3 is worth 18-21k, and that i would probably get a trade offer of around 19-20. It is a 15 ' with 44k miles.

Here is what i have found so far:

Option 1 - seems like a good deal unless it is worth waiting a little longer for the 20s to have more incentives
Leftover 2019 GT2
MSRP: $53,660
Discount: $4,700
Selling Prices:
$48,960 @ 0% for 75 month
$43,960 with outside financing ($5k rebate)

Lease cash was said to be $10,920 but they didnt mention term - waiting on that. However i found the following chart online:

KMF Lease Cash - 502
KMF Lease Programs may not be combined with any other KMF or KMA incentives or rebates except Competitive Bonus Program or Owner Loyalty but not both.

AMOUNT / TERM TIERS
$12100 / 24 Months All
$10600 / 36 Months All
$9300 / 48 Months All

So it may be possible to get this vehicle for 48,960 - 12,100 = 36,860 (minus trade value). The nthis gives me the option to do the lease buyout, or just buy it at the end of the 2 yr lease with a residual likely in the 20s. Does this seem like a good deal?

Option 2 - lease
20 Gt2 ceramic silver (with Stillen performance kit)

MSRP/Retail $54,200.00
Selling Price $53,367.00 (almost no discount! boo)
Rebate $7,900.00
Total Savings + Rebate $8,733.00
Best Price First $45,467.00
Registration Fee $276.00
Proc/Doc Fee $599.00
Invisible Vin $299.00
Paid by Customer 0.00
Residual Value $26,558.00

I think i have to rule this out since there is a crappy discount probably due to the stillen package. payments on the lease will be too high

I'll update this as i find more deals. Also looking at G70s which have 0% for 84 month on 19s..

Thanks
