Yeap, I bought from them through their website. They were responsive initially but once I started to ask them on how to install on a RHD, they became less responsive and did not provide any form of help on the installation. I took a risk and check with a local audio installer (since they are good at wirings and stuffs) to install on my car. After I found out it's not working as it should, I tried emailing them multiple times (about every alternate days) but no response till now, since 21 Oct.
In my emails, I provided my observations. 1) There are 2 LEDs that lit initially, one of it will goes off after approx. 50secs. 2) If I were to come around within that 50secs, the auto unlock will work. After the 50secs window, if I were to come around, it will lock the car up again instead of unlocking. I took a video and sent to them.
I was wondering whether the CAN wiring was incorrect since it's a RHD, the wires might not be the same as LHD (the location of the fuse box is on the right and the CAN connector is on the left side of the car). Or it has to do with a defective module or the power going to the module. Or even the length of the wiring, as the installer had to extend the wires from the left to the right to the fuse box)
