No they don't work at all in auto. One notch above auto is DRL only and they work there. If I turn all the way up to manual the lights and URLs work. Nothing in the auto position for DRLsSo, after start up, if you turn lights OFF and then select Auto the DRLs work, but if you just start up with Auto already selected the DRLs don't turn ON?
You are 100% correct. Thank you. Started car released the parking brake and headlight switch in auto and the DRLs work. I was outside of my car the other day with it running and they were off. Two thumbs up. Thanks a lotHow are you testing this? I'm not 100% positive but I believe the DRLs don't turn on if the parking brake is on if you have the switch in auto. I believe as soon as the parking brake is released the DRLs come on. I only recall while a handful of us were doing a cruise through some backroads and we stopped to take a scenic pic and we wanted all the cars to have the DRLs on. While parked there were a few things that had to be set in order for them to be on at full brightness.
