I really disliked the machined face of the factory wheels and have plasti dipped a few wheels in the past so decided to try out the newer hyperdip in anthracite grey. It definitely requires a bit more skill to apply as it goes on much thinner than regular plasti dip, but I was able to get good coverage without runs. It has a bit more sheen but is still more of a satin/matte finish. I was hoping the "slicker" finish would make it significantly easier to clean than regular plasti dip but it's not much of a difference.
The color is very similar to the painted parts of the factory finish, just not glossy.
