So finally after 10,000 KMS I get a Engine warning. It happened out of the blue, start your car and bang; car was sitting at 1k rpms idiling and when you put it into sports didn't change at all.
Happened to any buddy else ?

Get a scan tool or take it to the dealer to read the error code.

There’s not much we can help with with the info you provided.

Yes, I got the same engine control system malfunction and this happened after I took delivery of the vehicle last night with just 500kms on it.

100% go to the dealer, no point in troubeshooting this yourself. Did you have the recall performed yet?

I am not sure if they would have performed any recall service. What were the recalls on this model? Also, I felt like the engine had very less power when I tried to give gas as compared to the test drive car that had so much power. Probably a throttle issue.

Its probably only certain build dates. I have a 2018 and got a letter in the mail.

Scan the code or take it in. Saying you had the exact same issue could still mean 299 different causes.

This just happened to me on my way home from the gym. Was in sport mode, gave it some gas and the whole car started to shudder... then the CEL and notification came up.

Any updates? I'm at 14000km and my car just went into low pressure oil and threw an engine light. App says engine control system. Taking it in but not sure what happened. No overheating on anything. Taking it in to have it looked at. Hoping nothing is damaged.

Again, scan for the code. Many auto repair stores (Autozone, for one) will do this for free. Then report back. Good luck!

Sorry, I've got p0024, p0021, p0011, and p0014. They repeat for bank 1 and 2.

Thanks. Just wondering if possibly you had the same thing as another member who claims he lost 5 qts oil + coolant overnight..
That's insane. Hopefully they got theirs fixed.

You want to pay attention to their order. A single failure can create a code and then create more issues that also create codes. Any idea which came first? But those are all related to camshaft/timing. I'd not fool around with it and take it straight to the dealership!

It comes through in order of p0014, p0024, repeats both, then p0011 then p0021. I've got an appointment tomorrow. Is it still okay to drive to the dealership? I'm about 8 kilometers away from it.

Engine internal messages make me VERY nervous. Probably just a sensor, but still. I'd try not to drive it.
