So i just got the eibach springs installed along with the whitelink swaybars and endlinks. I have sort of a clunking noise which i have been told is creaking. They said it should go away after the springs "settle", is this a normal occurrence?

Clunking noise sounds like they haven’t torqued up the Endlinks properly, I know of another owner @FitR6 who had a similar problem after Endlinks install & that was the issue.

I agree actual creaking would probably be from the sway bars, but if you have clunking noise more likely endlinks.

I had zero noise with the rear Eibach sway bar for over a year and a half. Since getting the front bar in, it definitely "creaks" when going over the entrance to our driveway, and negotiating any speed bumps, etc. I suspect one of two causes: either the fatter bar is rubbing on the deflectors (that protect the steering boots), or the mounts were not greased properly. It is a very faint creaking and only when the front suspension is flexing in those extreme conditions; you can't hear anything when out on the road; so, I haven't worried about taking it in. When I get my oil change done in a few hundred miles, I'll mention it to them and see if they need to lube the mounts.

Eibach sways have grease ports on the urethane bushing brackets you can grease yourself, not sure about whitelink. If you use a normal automotive grease you'll have to repeat it regularly, I used marine grease the last time and it hasn't made any noise in over a year.

I had a clunk in the rear after installing Ark springs. turned out the bolt that goes through the bottom of the strut (rear left) wasn't completely tight. I had installed them myself and hand tightened them. Took it to my mechanic and we recreated the clunk just by pushing down on the left rear of the car. He hit it with the air gun and the bolt turned a few more times and all good since then.

Merlin, just use some dry silicon spray, turn the wheels all the way one direction and then the other, and use the spray tube to silence the squeaks. It worked wonders on mine.

So i got another shop to have a look (just in case) and they said it was a good install, one side endlink was a tiny tiny bit loose so they fixed that up. They said the noise is pretty normal as the car is brand new and has zero wear on it at all. They said to wait a week and see if the noise goes away but nothing is moving or rubbing from what they can see.

Ill wait a week and get it back on a hoist to have a look.

I'm assuming that you mean, "Turn the wheels all the way one direction," out of the way. And then spray this silicone stuff directly on the boot protectors (where the bar rubs) and on the bushings the bar runs through?

Yeah, ok. I am out.

just to update everyone, the noise was from my whiteline endlinks....the c*nts. After tightening them massively the noise has gone away.

Ah, wondered where you went. I just wanted any pointers about how to "point" the spray the most directly. I figured it out on my own. Bought some "Blaster Industrial Strength Silicone Lubricant" at O'Reilly's. Sprayed it on both the areas where the bar passes in front of the steering boot deflectors, and the barely exposed outer ends of the sway bar bushings. Then I drove away from the parking lot and heard SQUEAKING in place of the previous soft creaking!? I was mildly horrified, but decided to not panic because this was probably going to change and not for the worst. Sure enough, by the time I got home (less than five minutes later), the entry into my driveway was quieter than the initial SQUEAKING; now it was just a small squeak (imagine something a bit more piercing than a creak). Later in the day I gave the four spots another squirt of the "Blaster" and let it sit overnight. Now there is almost silent movement from the bar. I didn't notice any noise at all today. If there is any, it is so soft that it doesn't get my attention.
