DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER!!!
I recently turned in a lease early and was told I only had 3 payments left so they built that into new lease. On more than one occasion i said I was pretty certain I had 4 remaining but they said they would check and still came back with 3. Now I get a bill from old lease for one payment remaining + dispossession fee for a total of over $1100. I went in to discuss this with the sales manager and he said I was the one who was supposed to tell them how many payments left (even though he said he checked) which I am pretty sure I did by mentioning the 4 payments. Was very dismissive and didn't want anything to do with me and blamed it on me. I said I would even take care of the disposition fee as I remember paying that when turning in BMW a ways back but he wanted nothing to do with it. Didn't even try to offset cost with free services, etc..
Don't waist your time on this dealer as I should have listened to my father as he also got screwed by Eagle dealerships.
I am not one to complain either but this is not right and want to make sure no else suffers the same fate.
