Doug DeMuro in Russian ???

I decided to post this video review of Kia Stinger originally from Doug DeMuro, but spoken over in Russian, almost everyday i see videos i have seen before, how can i say it "videojacked" from another youtube channel, looks like there is no rules on Youtube preventing others from using your video, i really do not think this is right, i am interested to hear the opinions from forum members.

I think the rules are that it can't be monetized, but the content creator has to report it/claim ownership.

Now that i have had some time to think about it, i can now see the positive side of it also.

I'm undecided on the legitimacy...probably depends on whether YouTube is really enforcing the no-monetization rule. I think I'd rather just have captions, though, since you can still hear Doug talking behind the louder Russian voice. Some of the early Stinger review videos in Korean were later updated with English captions (apparently by a 3rd party), and I found that quite effective, and easier to tolerate than the 10 seconds of this video I just listened to. Plus, Doug has distinctive inflections...not to be replicated!
