Does Australia get ambient lighting?

For any of the Aussie out there, can you please comment if you have the ambient mood lighting strips? I'm talking about the strip lighting in the door skins and across the passenger dash. I read another thread had a similar issue which apparently was a wiring fault.

My 2012 Optima had something similar and I would like this feature to work.

No, ambient lighting is not in AU stingers, not the current models anyway. I’m not sure if they are fitted & need wiring/power.

I rarely drive at night but will try and remember when I do. There's red (which is what I've chosen), white, purple, yellow, and I think either green or blue.

I’m jealous. It was one of things that made me buy the car and I was disappointed when it didn’t have it. I bet your car has the Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tyres too?

No I missed out on those. I think they will be on the 2019 model. That's something I asked at the dealership and was a little disappointed to find they still weren't selling the Stinger's with the Michelins yet. No probs. I'll buy them when it's time to change tyres.

The Continentals are pretty good they have great grip in wet & dry & no road noise, I have 12k on my car & they are wearing well.

April 2018 build date, bought in June. Missed it by that much
Shame they have it in some and not others given GT is top of the line in Australia it should have it and be same for all build dates. As for the tyres no complaints so far

No - not at all. It isn't actually as bright as it appears in the photo. You can adjust how bright it is anyway in the settings, or completely turn it off.
