Hey guys my tire pressure monitor on the screen isn’t showing up as frequently as I remember. I ended up curbing a rim not too long ago but I got it machine and fixed. Then about a couple weeks after that the temp dropped and I got the tire pressure warning. I pumped all the tires where they needed to be and now the tire pressure monitor system only works sparingly when I have a long drive. I can’t remember if the readings would show when the car is first started or even on shorter drives. Could it be the sensor on the tire/rim I got fixed that isn’t working right causing the whole system to not work correctly? I called a dealership about it and they said driving it would recalibrate it but I feel the pressure monitor doesn’t come up on the screen as much as it should. When it does appear the tire pressure numbers are correct. Any advice?
