.020 sounds a little tight. Burger recommends .022, I’ve seen others recommend .022-.026/.028 area but .020 not ringing any bells. Of course as the years go bye the bells fade a bit.

Everyone knows the 3.3L Turbo Stinger & G70spark plugs are misfire prone and require replacement or regapping for higher than stock power levels. These are the 2-Step colder plugs.

That’s not a denso plug in the video and he’s gapping for a BMW application. Where do you see/hear him recommending a .020 gap on a denso plug for a kia Stinger application?

That’s just a common re-gapping spark plug video. It says it in the text (specific for Kia) on the website and reconfirmed with him when I first started using them.

Too tight of a gap can cause a problem as too much of a gap. It won't ignite the fuel/air mixture properly. .022 was a bit thing.. I went with .028 HKS and they run great on Map 5 E30 hitting 22 PSI Max Boost. When I was @ 0.022 (and i did some numerous tests) i lost about 0.5 - .75 sec off my draggy times across the board. When with HKS @ 0.028 and my power returned to normal again. I don't know if it was the DENSO plugs or the gap.. whatever HKS 40il work great. I know a few people who say 0.022 is a bit extreme.
