Good Dealer response to quality query

Hi All, I went in to my dealer for a routine oil change and tire rotation as per my prepaid service contract. The service specialist ran a check for Kia service bulletins, and found out I needed some updates to my headlight software. Also, I mentioned a concern about discoloration of the silver trim above the doors along the length of the car. He said he would check into it. He called me back later, saying that Kia would replace the trim at no cost, and they would let me know when the parts have been delivered for installation. I have had great service from my dealer, Luther Kia of Bloomington(MN). I wish the same for you!

Please get details on “headlight software”...

I’ve heard no such tsb.
 
Interesting, I fall into those build dates. Will have to hit my dealership up about it.
