theres a black strip of foam between the windshield and dash that with heat and expansion, can poke up a bit and be seen. thats what hes talking about

If it's under warranty, which it should be, take it to the dealership and have it fixed. For all we know... there could be other underlining issues they will discover. Document everything...

Do NOT take it to a dealer - they’re likely to goof things up more. Just push it back in yourself.

I have 2020 stinger and mine is poking out in that same spot on the passer side and just notice a large spot on the drivers side. So did you tuck it back in?

yes tuck it back in with a plastic panel tool , i had the same issue

you don't want the dealer taking the dash out to replace it. they will break more than they fix. just push it back in. I've seen this on many a rental car I have driven, this isn't endemic to Kias in general.
