Cloudflare blocking access to the forum.

As stated in the title, I am unable to access the forum where I live anymore (Kuwait).
It seems like you guys have changed some settings on cloudflare where it geo-blocks access.
It's not my IP as I have tried multiple ISP connections. Only got through with a VPN (:
