Chip Your Car performance / mileage chip??

Newbie here. While looking for ways to improve the mileage on the GT I came across the chipyourcar.com site. Anyone have any info or reviews of these products? Their level 3 chip claims a 60hp increase and 4-6 mpg increase as well. Plugs into your OBD2 port... Too good to be true?
