I barely installed my catless primaries downpipes, I had catless secondary downpipes on as well. I noticed on heavy load a lot of white smoke comes out of exhaust. Especially when I’m running e30 mix. A lot more white smoke from the exhaust tips; Plus they turn black real quick on e30 mix. When driving normal no smoke , but sometimes when I flour it and then a stop comes and I go to idle I seen smoke from my mirrors. Also I can smell the fumes a lot more.

I’m running a jb4, denso plugs, usually map 2 daily. Map 5 sometimes on E85 mix. 5 gallons E85 to 10 gallons 91oct

I have no clue why it’s happening. I know b4 with my secondary catless dp and e30 mix there was no smoke but my tips did get dirty quite faster than running 91oct.

Anybody have any suggestions on what to check for or what to do to stop the smoke?

White smoke? That'd be coolant, usually.

Pull your dipstick and smell it.

Oil is seeping passed the turbo seals and burning in the exhaust due to pressure differential between the crank case and exhaust back pressure. Common problem on catless modern cars. Better crank case evacuation -10 or larger with 100 psi PCV check valve helps. Thicker weight oil as well. I've be running catless for 10k and have only rarely had some puffs here or there.

Constant white smoke at idle after the engine and exhaust have warmed up, I'd agree. White foam under the oil filler cap is another sign that coolant is getting into the combustion process and/or into your oil. I'd be really concerned though if this was occurring (not just for the OP, in general, as this sort of thing is often the result of a design flaw or component failure not necessarily related to modifications).

White smoke under hard acceleration, that'd more likely oil as @KLR STINGER has suggested. My current car does it under certain conditions, and I'm putting up with it and just making sure I track oil levels.

Could you please tell me where I can find these parts you mentioned above ?

Bump...

Mine is doing it as well and i have 100cell Primaries NO Secondaries, i shall remove my BMS catch can and just utilise the factory pcv for a day or two and see if it makes a difference thanks for that tip @KLR STINGER
I am already running 15W40 Full Syn this oil change, to see if it was going to help with the oil burning or hinder my economy ( it has)definitely is using more fuel.

I only have the tune turned up to 16psi so this is a real worry for me.

I really do not want to go back to stock Dump pipes.

All fixed

did removing the oil catch can help with the smoke ?

Hey bud cannot tell conclusively as i didnt leave it off long enough, plus i removed the dump pipes and welded in my factory cats to those 3" dump pipes and then went on a 200km cruise with a E30 blend and it definitely still burns oil on E85 it didn't with 98'

I believe the turbos need a rebuild and at only 15000km
o_O

New Ball Bearing Turbos to be made out of my existing ones, but i wont be sharing the updates or anything relevant about my car on this forum.

Peace out .

Where does one get one of those check valves?
