Is there a big difference between these two? I've seen multiple catch cans when I google and try to research but for oil and air separators, I only find the one by JLT. my friend said I should get an oil and air separator over a catch can?

They are the same thing.

They are the same thing.
Umm, no, they aren't. The overall concept is the same, but OCC is different from AOS. The latter allows oil and vapor to flow back in to the engine, whereas the OCC traps the blow by and vapors in a can.

The only AOS for the Stinger is the BMS Zero maintenance can. All others are OCCs. Some have drain lines, others require you to remove the can and drain/dump the contents.

Sorry I wasn't more clear. The JLT is an oil catch can.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

I have the JLT and have no complaints with it. It's well built and it works great.
