About a month ago, I bought from them PowerStop pads 16-6012 for the GT.
As soon as I openned the box, saw they are to small.
Contact CS, and informed what happened. The drama started requesting, photos, vin, etc....
worse every email was answered by a different agent!
Finally send me a return authorization, so I returned them. Couples of days later, wrote me that the reimbursement doesn't proceed because was my mistake!
Then decided to contact Powerstop technical, and confirm in writing thatt they do not have the pads for the GT brembos and there is a mistake in their catalog/ offering, letter which I foward to CARID....
Today they still do not want to credit my CC!
another member wrote in another post similar expirience...
So think twice, before buying from them!

CARID tried to screw me too. Same run around.
I gave adequate opportunity for them to rectify the issues.
When they failed to do so, I took the product off my car, sent it back, and filed a chargeback/dispute with my credit card company.

You should do the same!
Call your credit card/bank and start the chargeback process NOW! There are time deadlines you need to meet. You have 60 days, if I recall correctly.

Sorry you had to fall for it, but CarID is one of the worst vendors out there. A lot of very negative reviews. Suggest doing more research on seller before buying from them in future.
