Can wheels be bored out? G35 Rays

I found a set of G35 forged Rays for a decent price. Everything lines up with OEM specs except the centre bore on the wheels are 66.1 and ours is 67.1. Any safe way to rebore the wheels? Any tips?

it can be done. wheel shops would be the go to. some machine shops maybe. assuming theres enough meat left to open it more (1mm isnt all that much)
