I found one for free. Others want ten bucks, sight unseen.
CarEdge - Buy, Sell, Insure, Save You have to sign up to see your sticker. I tried it, it works. Comparing the online resulting sticker with my original only shows slight differences in MSRP and added "options". MPG listed is lowered on the online view, my sticker says combined is 21 MPG, and the online result says 20 MPG. I think that's because the MPG rating was lowered after a year or so of experience revealed that 21 MPG was being optimistic. Hah.
