3.3TT break pads?

sooooo I had a pretty cheap car before my stinger. I would mainly pay to get my breaks and stuff changed so I was wondering what are the best brake pads to go for?

I've noticed in most stores they have front brake pads and rear but i don't exactly see a full set unless I'm blind as hell lol. would it be fine to mix brake pads? like the fronts can be one brand then the backs can be another? does it really matter? only asking because it makes sense for me that the rear and front pads are the same brands.
 
its fine to mix pads , im using hawp hps in the front and centric in the rear no issues and it stops great .

Mixing brake pads doesn't break any rules. The OE brake pads in the rear work for almost everyone that has front brakes that shudder; i.e., the rear pads don't de facto need replacing: at least not as a first remedy thing.

Recently, it was noted how much more expensive the OE pads are than aftermarket (did somebody really say that a pair of OE Stinger pads are c. $500.00?!). Make sure your rotors are clean, then replace with an aftermarket option. There are several and each one gets good reviews (with outlier criticism).

question tho! Would it be bad if I changed sll my pads and then replaced the rotor a week or two later? I’m driving to riverside again which is 600+ miles snd I would like to have some break pads that actually stop my csr good on lol. Slight suspicion one of my rotors is warped which is why I’m replacing them Im just wondering I guess if I should wait till I get the rotors slso! I be hitting 150 on that road on my way to riverside because it’s a flat straight road for i wsnt to say 200 miles.

I mean if the rotors are grooved up or damaged in some way they could screw up the pads. honestly I'd just wait if you're going to replace the rotors anyway.

If you do decide to do the pads and the rotors later you will need to do the break in procedure again.

I will try to wait! ill give my pads a look and see how they're holding up! mainly because I hear clicks and I really need to press on them for them to stop the car. if I lift my foot off just a bit the car starts rolling lol.

You don't have "warped rotors". Two things could be wrong with them, well three possibilities and as @RogueIV said, a grooved/damaged face would be obvious. The other two are mostly invisible to the naked eye: pad deposits show as discoloration, and so does cementite: deposits are a relatively easy fix: you can rebed the brake pads, or get the rotors resurfaced (not as easy, because you have to take the car in and leave it, bleh). Cementite is death to rotors: this has happened if the rotors got super heated during prolonged brake use such as tracking the car or hooning down a long, continuous grade. The result is a "heat treating" of the rotor iron, so that areas of it are hardened and now wear more slowly than the softer surrounding iron: once a rotor face has "peaks and valleys" like this it will never brake smoothly, and only worsen over time.

But yours are probably fine for the road trip. If you haven't been experiencing shudder, or at least not much, then you could get the new pads first, bed them and go.

150 MPH: lol: this car will love it: it gets more planted the faster it goes. That's in a straight line: I've never pushed curves at high extra legal speeds. But that's me, not the car, being inadequate. :p
 
Pads bed themselves to rotors. Any irregularities in the rotors will end up reforming the new pads possibly making them not so great afterward. What you are talking about is commonly referred to as a "pad slap" (When you just slap new pads on and don't resurface or change rotors).
I would wait until you get the new rotors or have them resurfaced before you put on the new pads. This will give you the best result and not end up possibly just wasting your time and/or money.
