Howdy. Brake pads/rotors discussions are among the most lengthy and frequent on the forum. Try a search. The consensus in the US is that the OE pads are good on dust (little to none) and poor on sustained performance driving demands (brake fade and afterward shuddering). Even normal driving produces a number of disaffected drivers with shuddering brakes (aka "warped rotors"; but actually pad deposits). As already stated, rear replacement (aftermarket) options are limited; to, currently one offering (forget the name brand); front pads are quite numerous and span the spectrum of dust/higher performance, to OE equivalent (clean running, but risking pad deposits).
