During my search, I went to my local Kia dealer. This is where I first test drove the vehicle. 2019 Snow White Pearl with Red Interior.
Went back to the dealer as they emailed me with their "best" price. Truecar price showed $41989, but this included a $3000 cash rebate if I financed with Kia. Their best price without the rebate was 44989. When I arrived and sat down, I asked about leasing from that negotiated price. The Sales Manager came back with the lease numbers starting from 57,500. The MSRP was 51980. They included $5500 of "dealer add-ons"(Mudflaps, door edge guard, pinstripes, nitrogen filled tires, VIP experience, paint protection(wax not PPF) etc). The car did not have mudflaps or pinstripes and I could only assume it had nitrogen filled tires.
I told them that was not the number on their website or what was stated in the email. I thanked them for their time and got up and left.
No wonder they still have 3 2019 GT2s on their lot for over 6 months
