Not much of an experience to be had here. I've called on 2 seperate occassions to attempt to get the HECU fuse and junction box recall service performed. Receptionist was very nice took my info down but was unable to get a hold of the Service manager and said they would call back to schedule an appointment. 3 weeks later no call. Called again with the same thing, service manager is nowhere to be found and will call me back.
Never called back after 2 days (and doubt they will TBH). At this point if they're this bad at returning calls I'm not going to trust them with working on my car even if they're the closest dealer to me.
Called Gary Rome Kia in Enfield, CT and immediately got scheduled in for the fix. I'll update on the rest of that in a new thread as it happens though.
