Worst dealership experience I've ever had. Started with asking for an online quote which was never received. I got an email confirming my contact information and that Charlie would call me with a quote later. Never got a call or email with the requested information, but hey they're just a few miles down the road so I decided to just go down in person. My wife and I met our salesman, John, who took us to see the red GT2 the dealership had in stock and let us start the car up and do a quick walk around. John could offer us no information on the vehicle other than "I've taken it out and it has power." Car was newly added to the dealership inventory, had 62 miles on it. I know a cars will have mileage depending on number of test drives but a statement like that sends visions of staff running an engine hard that hasn't been broken in. No offer to test drive, which could have been weather related. John then brought us back to his desk to work the trade-in. No talk about what we were looking for, why we wanted a Stinger specifically, no discussion of colors, options, or trims, just very brusque interactions. Asked for some information on my trade-in and had another associate put together a trade-in offer. Came back with an extremely low offer and the monthly lease cost. Never once mentioned the cost of the Stinger itself being purchased or the current incentives. I expressed my disappointment with the offered trade-in value and John got the appraiser whose name escapes me. They were completely unwilling to budge on the trade-in offer at which point I said it looks like we can't make it deal, asked for my keys back and left. Never even received a business card in case I wanted to follow-up. Happily went to another dealership about 20 miles away and was able to purchase my Stinger GT2 with a fair-trade for my previous vehicle.

Good to know! Glad to see some interest in the Pittsburgh area! I purchased my 2.0 from Monroeville Kia. They were pretty uninformed about the Stinger, but were very nice people. Hopefully I’ll see you on the road!

Congratulations, @Marty17! What car did your Stinger replace?

Sorry about the bad experience. @PA_RN. At least you managed to find a better dealer and drove home the car you wanted anyway...
