As the title suggest how was your experience. I will be test driving a 2018 GT2 with 14k miles for 32k. 1 owner and it was a lease, no accidents, major dents or scratches. I will be test driving shortly but just curious because I see a handful of people saying to buy new but i think this is a deal

Hi there! Yes I just purchased a 2019 Stinger Premium AWD as a used car. Only had 4k miles on it so it was barely used but still. Got it for 30k, which is 5-6k less than new was going for in my area. Dealer said it was a short ownership because previous owner got pregnant right after purchasing and needed to upsize. Not sure if I believe that but it has a clean carfax and the savings are worth it. Unfortunately my experience at the dealer was a little less than ideal. Car was missing a fuse box cover, had low tires, a rattle in the dash, and lane keep system wasn't working during the test drive. Luckily it turned out to all be things that were either non-issues or very easy to fix. So, 5 hours after I got to the dealer (that was annoying, but a different issue) I drove away in a 2019 Stinger in the stunning Micro Blue with only 4k miles and saved at least 6k. Oh and it was a certified pre-owned so I have the Kia factory warranty. Here's hoping it holds up for me.

Moral of the story, if you can find a good deal and the car is as expected, I think pre-owned is a great option. The Stinger is so new, there aren't too many busted ones anyway.

I bought a demo car that was 8 months old at 13k miles. It was the car given to journalists for their tests by the official corporate representative for Kia in Estonia. Judging by the average speed and MPG throughout its 20 500 kilometres life before me, it was mostly high speed cruising to the track (100 miles one way) and probably a few laps around it and then back.
It had about 1500km to the next service, which they paid for aswell, as well as a set of pretty much brand new studs for the winter. Otherwise the car feels really good, the exterior (as well as the interior) was like absolutely brand new except one rim had some damage on it from hitting a curb, but I kept the OEM wheels for my winter studs anyway.
If I during my warranty period have any issues I now have the direct contact to the pretty much the most important Kia corporate person in the Baltics so I think I put myself in a pretty good situation.
So my suggestion would be: if the past is credible and the deal seems worth it, go for it.

European prices do not put much into context but a fully loaded Stinger goes for about 53 000€ and I got mine at 39 000€ that was also well below what the dealerships list their demo cars for. The dealership that was storing mine was actually upset at the corporate rep for listing it at a price that they could not afford to sell at.
