Curious if there's anyone that frequents this community from Missouri. It'd be cool to meet some of you sometime! I'm specifically from the St. Charles area, just outside St. Louis.

Thanks! I might've seen your Stinger, following or being followed by another modded Stinger on 370 westbound one day (I was in an Optima SX at the time). I didn't realize yours is Ceramic Silver as well. Would be cool to meet you guys and check out what you've had done with yours.

Yep, originally I was going to do a pearl white one, but when I seen this in person on the lot, I had to have it..

I was going to go with the black, red, or white in that order, and they did have the GT1 in red and black. But the Ceramic Silver, which was sitting on the lot for only a couple of days, drew my attention like it did for you. I beat out the Service Manager who had been trying to decide between it and the Telluride.

I've not had a chance to go to Cars and Coffee, so this is a good excuse to head out to the next one. If you go to one, let me know!

There's a meet at the end of June? Figures, going to be out of town, going to Cincinnati for my son's Olympic development soccer tourney. I'm driving the Stinger for its first long road trip.

It's a combination meet with Focus ST and Fiesta ST owners, apparently. But I'm in neighboring Illinois and have made the trip to Texas once for a meet so far, so this is nice and close. Plus I used to own a Fiesta ST. LOL Here's the main post on another forum:

I used to autocross for years in my Prelude, but that car is over 1200 lbs lighter, and setup for that and roadcourse duty.

Wow! Good catch! Yes, 8/30.

And my issue is that I'm still on the 18" OEM all-seasons. Wouldn't stop me from some dragstrip. But no way I'll do an autocross course on these!

Not in this car, but I've autocrossed a rental on all-seasons before. I have all-seasons on mine too, maybe I'll get summers on by then, or just run in them anyways to see how well I do with that disadvantage.

i got a nice set of 19 rotary forged wheels and OEM summer tires in St. Louis area for sale, but do not know local club or stinger community. Could u help me connect with local club?

@RandallK - is there a local Stinger community? If not, maybe we should start one. I've had experience running local car clubs, doesn't have to take much work.

@MenShengFaCai - are the wheels the same ones you were selling before, but with winter tires?
