Anyone ever get protective film installed on headlights?

Do you know if there's a noticeable price difference between 3M and Xpel?
This vid suggests costs are about the same , but the warranty info is quite interesting ....................

State Farm (I just called to ask) says that they cover preexisting condition of the vehicle; so PPF would be replaced under coverage.

That's not how it works in GA (I am with State Farm.) If you insure a vehicle, the premium is based on the standard vehicle. Any options you add would not be replaced in case of damage, unless you have added them to your policy - which will likely increase your premium.

That could be true here too. But I did specify that I had added the PPF to protect against road debris. And she said that when repairing the damage, everything that is there gets repaired. We didn't talk about premiums reflecting everything that is there that was added after the car was purchased. I'll have to ask about that.

That is a much better video test of three, not just two, films. And 3M comes out the "clear winner" every time. Hmm!?

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
I have 3M pro on my headlights and Xpel on the rest of the front end. I can’t tell the difference between the two.

My Audi A5 had 3M on it for 8 years and it still looked new when I sold it.
