Has anyone installed, or considered installing, this inline amplifier to their Stinger?

The unit measures 7-7/16” x 1-1/2” x 2-1/2”, as its small design is meant to fit somewhere inside the dash. It takes either RCA or Speaker Level inputs then amplifies it before going to stock speakers.

This amp unit was in my previous car, and it provided excellent performance.

I'm wondering if anyone knows of a great spot near the factory stereo to place this unit. Also, what gain setting was used. I don't know of the factory radio on a Stinger GT (not GT1 or GT2) has line-level outputs.

While I can't help with your questions just curious why you would want to add this.

For may last car, this unit improved the power and clarity of the stock sound. It lets the stock radio's amp operate at a lower level than it normally would, where the sound is clearer.

Yea I wouldn’t recommend that. It’s not very powerful and the base GT has 9 speakers so you wouldn’t be amplifying them all evenly. Just sell it and move on.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
