Per the title - does anyone know if there is a site that sells aftermarket brake rotors and pads in Canada? I can only seem to find reference to the power stop pads that don't actually fit, so wondering if other fellow Canucks had luck finding one, or just bought from the states? Thanks!

I've not found any place that even lists brake parts. Best bet would probably check with Rob at Uniq and see what he can bring in, or buy from a US vendor. Khartunerz seems to have the best selection.

Did just that, and it looks like he can get stoptech parts in. I'll provide an update once he confirms he can get ones compatible with the stinger

tdotperformance has brake pads and rotors available. Last time I checked they were sold out of the rear pads. The front pads for Brembo brakes were around $130

Let me know what your find, I would be interested

Found this option if it at all helps, looks like these guys are dba suppliers, have them on mine.

Tdotperformance has stoptech listed as a supplier. I guarantee if you emailed them they would source what you need. They did it for me when they didn't have the eibach rear sway bar listed on their site yet. They added the item and everything to their website when I asked about it.

All I'm seeing for the stinger on tdotperformance are the power stop ones, and there's a thread floating around here that says they don't fit. Unless you're seeing something else?
I also found their site to be overpriced compared to everywhere else except for when coupon codes are available, but I can find that out later once I get a price to compare to.

In any case, I'll be sure to keep everyone posted once I hear back.

So I did hear back from uniqperformance, and the site now lists the stoptech posiquiet pads, and rotors from r1 concepts and stoptech. He did clarify though that he doesn't have stock for stoptech rotors/pads, which is a bummer. But we at least now have options!

I'm also inquiring with fraal to see if they can order the dba rotors and pads, per @Stinger GT SS recommendation. Will update again once I hear back.

Try George at Raptor racing.ca I know he sells DBA stuff the Focus RS and ST. Great to deal with too. Bought my mbrp catback from him.

They had another brand as well, which I do not remember right now. Does eibach make pads? They did mention someting about it.

Btw, the dealer quoted 250$ for the pair of rear rotors.

Do you know what rear rotors they quoted you for? Was it OEM, or another brand?

I need to order pads but I'm so torn, the posi-quiets are tempting but the fact that they're so cheap worries me about quality and if they're no better than oems for stopping power. I wonder if it's worth spending almost twice as much for the girodisc pads.

Well I've inquired with fraal and raptor racing (thanks for the tip @Dieselxx ) for the DBA's, and left an open ended question to both tdotperformance and partsengine for aftermarket kia stinger brake parts, so hopefully we'll have other options soon.

No worries. I gave him a heads up. I'm sure he can get pads too. I'm only at 3500kms, but it would be nice to know options in case the brake issues happen. Might be hard to know since the wifey drives the car

Perfect, thanks! He got back to me regarding the rotors, and both are backordered (fronts until Feb 24, rears until late may), and the pads aren't available from dba USA yet. He did recommend g-loc as an alternative though, and will try to see if they have any pads that are compatible.

Excellent.

So quick update regarding my inquiries:

-TDotPerformance got back to me with the part number for the Stoptech posiquiet front brake pads, but don't have it listed on their site for some reason nor changed their catalog for the stinger, so no go on that.
-Partsengine just sent me links to the Powerstop pads that are not actually compatible with the Stinger, so that's also out.
-Fraal never got back to me

George from Raptor Racing though is the hero of all my inquiries though - he confirmed that he can get DBA rotors and pads, and confirmed that G-Loc has plans to make pads for the stinger, but no ETA yet.

Here are the availability statuses he provided me:
- DBA 43342S: should be available now
- DBA 43343S: only available late May
- DB15003, DB15004 pads: at least a month away until stock is available.

So to summarize, only uniqperformance and raptor racing seem to be able to source rotors and pads for us, with uniqperformance for Stoptech and R1 Concepts parts, and Raptor Racing for DBA and (possibly in the future) G-Loc.

I've ordered a number of items from Uniq, never had an issue yet. Rob's been great to deal with.
