Affordable Monoblock Forged! VS Forged Wheels

No they dont. My wheel bent and I have no idea why or how and when I was cleaning the wheel I noticed it and I called them up and they asked for me to send a video. I did called back and he said something about me hitting something caused the structual damage so they wouldnt do a warrenty. I didnt hit shit. the rim and tire are super clean. no scratches or anything. so how would one get a warrenty?

I am not exactly sure about what happened but if you haven't done so, please reach out to sales@getyourwheels.com with your order number/ detail pictures/video of the damaged wheels. We will get in touch with VS Forged to go over the warranty claim. We will get more information about the reasons why they declined the initial claim and see if they are willing to offer a discount if you want to proceed with a replacement wheel.
