Adro has continued to impressed me with their customer service. Earlier this year they were sold out of their V2 front lip. I reached out to them via email and asked did they know when they would have it in stock. They were not sure mainly because of COVID. A month or two later they reach out to me via email and told me they are going to update site as they received like three or four. I was able to order mines right before they sold out of them again.
This time around I decided I wanted to add the side skirts and the diffuser and so I went ahead and placed an order six days ago. Shipping was extremely fast as I received it two days ago. Now yesterday they posted on their Instagram page they are now having a 20% off sale till the end of they year. I was kind of bummed cause I was like I just ordered not even a week ago. I messaged them on Instagram to see if I could somehow still receive the discount. They responded and asked for my order number and refunded me 20% of my total price. Extremely grateful as they did not have to give me the discount. Exceptional customer service!
