So since I couldn't get CK71 running lights from anyone, I purchased similar ones from Ebay (China) and wiring was a mess but I got it down to 3 wires to the led's yellow, black and orange. Discovered that orange is power, black is ground and yellow goes to the amber (turn signal) side. I purchased the lighting harness for CK71's from KDM Warehouse and am looking for expertise to hook these up and make them work. I also bought the S1 swicthback from Diode Dynamics thinking I needed some sort of driver for the leds. Any help/advice is appreciated.

I think I can help you out, let's talk about it.

Great! Would love to pick your brain. When you are available, maybe we can talk.

No problem, just need to know which ebay lights you have and we can go from there. I successfully used the KDM warehouse harness but determined right away that it needs to be modified for use with any of the 3-way switchbacks out there that have 3 wires (DRL, turn signal, ground) That harness comes with an inline relay to essentially convert the discrete signaling (DRL or turn signal) into a 2-wire output that can only activate one lighting element. All of that is the say that you need to cut this inline relay business right off of the harness and use the loose wires (I think there are 4) You need at least 3 of them for switchback functionality.
