@Steve (stsgx): The MotoGraph boys are driving (and making videos with) a black 2.0 Stinger that comes with a sunroof and a red GT without one. The black one shows the rear cross gap in the roof just about halfway across the rear door(s) and in subsequent shots you see thei camera(s) attached from the inside to the glass panel. In contrast, the roof of the red GT shows no cross gaps (front or rear) and interior shots show overhead lighting, which most likely would not be installed in a movable cover panel. The red roof is also visible in the video that shows the cars undercarriage, just before it approaches the hoist. The black glass panel of a sunroof is visible in this shot, covering about half the rear door(s):

So I agree with you, that at least Korea seems to have optional sunroofs. Why would KIA not have that option for all customers?
I am optimistic that I can get exactly what I want in Canada.
Personally, I prefer a car without a sunroof. No leaks, no maintenance of the drains, no exploding glass, less heat, less weight, less expense.
I rather put 3M foil all over the car..... Cheers, Hans
