I can't seem to locate any 5mm spacers with 67.1 bore size that also has a hubcentric lip for OEM wheels. Does anyone know of any?

5mm is too thin, not enough room to reach up over the hub to make a lip. The thinnest I’ve personally confirmed is 10mm. There might be an 8mm, but it would be close.

You should be fine to run 5mm spacers without hub extenders.

The reason is that the hub-centric lip on most cars is 10mm tall and that leaves you 5mm of hub lip for the wheel to sit on.

That's the reason why you won't see any spacers under 10mm with built-in hub extenders.

I had the same issue back in early 2020 when I got my wheels. I found a company in the UK and they custom made them for me. Due to the obvious space constraint, the lip is only 2.7mm, however it does the job. Costed me 50 GBP without shipping, not sure what the price is now.

There's plenty on eBay - use this search term:

wheel spacer 5mm 67.1 114.3
