3.3 TT Stinger SXTH Ek1 lite + BMS BEF tune review

Hey guys,

first things first. I am german so please be considerate of my words :)

little (dyno) story about my car:
2021 AWD german GT (max loaded and like 2 tons of weight)

Stock: 372PS 569Nm

Current mods are:

Fuel: Aral Ultimate RON 102 (R+M/2 AKI 96)
IMR primay downpipes with HFC
Bastuck secondary downpipes with HFC
Bastuck catback without resonators.
Takeda Momentum intakes
HKS M45il plugs
Airtec upgraded intercooler
Lozic „stage 3“ TCU
Jb4 with fuel and ewg wires on my own custom map6

jb4 only:
502 PS 766Nm (8.55s 100-200kph)

after BMS BEF:
534PS 808Nm (7.88s 100-200kph)

Full weight incl workstuff and so on.

Its the low timing low boost map at station fuel only.
No E85 (not available im germany) No WMI (go to jail in germany)

0.25bar less boost than with jb4 only.

Had a bad day at work and am out of words so pls ask your questions!

seems like you got the better end of the stick there, considering I dont even have an e85!

Awesome seeing some of these initial reviews on the ek1 lite and BEF capabilities! A sub 8 second 62-124mph without auxiliary fuel and just a back end flash is moving.

keep in mind, thats on really, really good gas, without meth or E85, you wont see that in the USA unless you decide to daily 100+ octane.

So German 102 is actually equivalent to basically full e85 here? So basically it’s better than running CPI?
 
WTF is that German 102 omg. 102 ron is still AKI 97-98 so it still out-octane the E30 mix from 93 base fuel. I’m buying bulk MTBE and mixing shit myself for real now after seeing your result. Higher octane is no joke.

German 102 is like aki 98 which equal or even better than the most E% our fuel pump can handle mixed the best 93 we can find.

Have you considered Charge Pipe Injection instead of WMI since it’s illegal there?

We dont have E85 ins germany since 2016 so CPI is no alternative.

But i am on Hybrids and WMI now :)

Shit, I didn’t even think about that! But hell yeah! How are you liking the Hybrid Turbos? I bet you’re making a shit ton of power with them. Have you tried using race fuel? I’d hope that’s legal there .

Also, I have a question about the EK1, since I’m thinking of going that route soon. Does the EK1 allow you to run both a ECU + TCU BEF at once? I’m really hoping it does, as that’s the only thing i’m worried about. I’d probably go with their E85 tune as I just ordered an Intercooler and I’m about to order a CPI kit. But the only problem is i’m unsure if I did get the EK1 if it would allow me to flash both the ECU + TCU. That’s the only reason I’d get it, for both. I need the timing advance as i’m already running max boost on JB4 Map6. But since i’m RWD I also desperately need a TCU tune lmao. If I was only able to flash the ECU and not the TCU or the TCU and not the ECU, that would defeat the purpose for me. Thank you :)

You'll be surprised how far Aral 102 can push the car. Itself alone is alredy pretty close to E60. No way it's only 96aki. Some german magic happening here.

I know, I know, this is not exhaust thread but these catch my eyes. I have never seen this combo. Can I ask... multiple questions? How did you get them? Google doesn't seem to favorite "Bastuck", can't really search for info, looks like they are local to Germany? Can I order outside of Germany? how loud is it or hows the drone? I only heard llc performance's hfc kit and people say they are damn too loud.

I havent got the time install the WMI and dial everything in yet. Got ill and now im at a cruise vacation.
Also weather in germany was freezing.

Yes, you can flash ECU and TCU at the same time.
I have SXTH TCU tunes too.
