3.3TT 2018 GT2 - Trying to find exhaust tips for my Borla Catback

I feel like I'm going crazy. I'm trying to find exhaust tips for my red 2018 GT2 with the borla catback but I'm not sure what I need to buy.
Borla lists their exhaust tips as a 2.25 ID so that tells me the exhaust pipe is a 2.25 OD. Hopefully someone can confirm that.
Secondly I could swear I've seen these exhaust tips but I can't seem to find them anywhere. I know Akropovic makes an ehxuast tip with a blue flange but I know I've seen one with a red flange instead that I can't find anywhere. I'm also not sure what OD I would need to get to fit the stinger in place of the stock pipes. I'm ok trimming away some of the fascia to make room for it but I can't seem to find these tips anywhere.

Any help would be much appreciated.

i have borla as well. My outlet was actually 2” on all 4. Some have said that the outside ones were a larger opening like 2.1”, but all 4 of mine were exactly 2”. I bought these from eBay Real Carbon Fiber Exhaust Tip Universal Exhaust Tail Pipe Burnt Blue Tip Pipe | eBay

2” inlet, 3” outlet. They actually fit very snug into the exhaust tip opening in the diffuser. It does rub just a touch on the top and bottom. That actually killed a lot of the drone that I was having, and pushed all sound out back. Many people go for the 3.5” (89mm) outlet which then requires cutting a decent amount of the diffuser away. I just ordered a forged carbon set of exhaust tips from aliexpress that came in the mail today (ordered in feb so 1.5 month wait). Hope this helps.

Thanks for that but I'm specifically avoiding the carbon fiber look. My car is laid out to be red/gloss black.

I can't seem to find ones that would look good on our cars without being carbon fiber!

For my 2022, I put a caliper on the Borla "tips" and found the OD to be about 2.03" to 2.04", which made it easy to slip 2.25" x 0.065" wall SS tubing over them for extensions (needed for 2022). I had to use a manual pipe cutter, which necked down the OD of the pipe extensions to give it a good press fit and then spot welded.

Aliexpress is your friend. you want 75x105mm tips for the factory oval tip look, with a 51-53mm inlet for a 2inch exhaust pipe.

I’m getting ready to order the Borla catback exhaust. I have a 2022 stinger scorpion edition. My ovals out back are glossy black. I’m not sure of what to get and where? Also have any of you gone with down pipes and if so what brand? Did they make a difference? Reviews would be much appreciated.

You won't be able to use any tips with the 2022 unless Borla makes a new system or you alter theirs to line up with the new openings. Look under the exhaust section to see what I mean.

the only thing you will be able to do is extend your pipes a bit.

I had the borla tips permanently mounted to the stock diffuser, so now I'm in need of new tips for my borla catback. Could someone share a link/suggest what would look good/size needed? I'd greatly appreciate it.

The tips of the Borla system are 2.25" but neck down at the end. I'm pretty sure I have mentioned it before on here but a 2.25" pipe with a 0.065" wall will slip over them.

I bought tips from AliExpress. I did 2” inlet and 4” out. It looks great with the ark diffuser.

I found some tips on AliExpress also. Think I paid $120 for all 4. Pretty good quality and fit. Got them in about a month. Not bad coming from China. Sorry, I couldn't add the link for some reason but below is the description. Mine are mounted to Borla Catback.​
